Stop Hating Your SelfHave you ever sighed with tears in your eyes and said to yourself, “I hate my self! I am so fat I’ll never be able to be a normal weight again!”

Yeah, me too. But let me tell you what I found out. If I just learned to listen to my body, only eat only as much I needed to thrive, and move my fat ass more during my entire day, then I would be able to be a normal weight again. And not only have I done it, but Susan has done it as well. And so have another 13 men and women featured in this week’s People magazine. And if Susan and I can do it and these 13 “real” folks (and the hundreds like them People has featured over the past several years) can do it, then you can to.

And Susan and I will help you, every step of the way.

Six people, all different ages and heights, all with different reasons for being fatassed, all with different bad old eating habits, all with different bad body movement habits, all with different new nutritional plans, and all with different new body movement plans.

But they all got the same results. They all lost about half their weight. What’s the common denominator?

They all started eating less CRAPF (the P is silent, the acronym stands for Commercially Refined and Processed Food) and moving their fat asses more!

That’s all you need to do. Eat less CRAPF and move your fat ass more and your body will naturally rightsize itself.

But, if it was just that easy, then everyone would be thin and gorgeous. But they’re not. Why? Because just like it takes a village to raise a child, it also takes a community to rightsize your body. And that’s where we here at Great! All the Time! want to come into your picture.
